The Honig family successfully weaves work and pleasure together, creating a family business with a sense of humor, commitment and a personal touch. In addition to producing award winning wines, the family is committed to protecting the environment, developing their employees, and supporting their community. Their vineyard was one of the first to receive the California Sustainable Winegrowing certification, and the winery is powered by solar energy. Located in Rutherford, in the heart of the Napa Valley, the Honig vineyard is perfectly suited to growing Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Focusing production exclusively on these two varietals, Winemaker Kristin Belair hand-crafts the wines, blending them for complexity and balance.
